Lanipots offers standard shipping domestically within the United States based on weight. Shipping costs are added at time of purchase. Standard shipping requires 3 to 7 business days for arrival. Rush orders and expedited shipping are available upon request and will be assessed based on product execution and timing restraints.
RETURN POLICY
Lanipots DIY Succulent Kits, Custom Arrangements and other products have a zero return policy.
If the items arrive damaged from shipping we require photo proof and return of items for a new order or refund to be issued. Shipped items that are damaged will be assessed on a case by case basis.
